Dagon
You have to watch this!!! It is REALLY creepy! It sometimes makes your skin crawl - it's so wierd. It's about Paul Marsh and his girlfriend, Barbara who are trapped on in a storm on a sea holiday expedition. They manage to get to shore at a small fishing village but the people are half fish/half human and follow a wierd cult. What's more, they are after human flesh to eat. He meets the 'princess' who has been calling Paul - she is a sort of mermaid type animal and she protects him from the other mutants. However, him, his girlfriend and a wino fight back against the deformed followers and it doesn't have a happy ending. There is one disgusting part where the wino's face is ripped off witha fish slicer ... nice if you like gory, scary films!

Dawn of
the Dead
The idea seems quite fun! Trapped in a shopping mall! That's what happen to a woman and two men - USA is being taken over by flesh eating zombies! They fly by helicopter to a shopping mall and baracade themselves in, trying to warn off other zombies in the building. It has the usual type of people - one screechy, scared woman (who's pregnant) and one matcho idiot that can't do anything, and one nice, sensible guy and another idiot that turns into a zombie. It is quite enjoyable - a must for zombie fans. This is the sequel to night of the living dead.

Day of the
Dead 
The walking dead are massivly controlling the world - only a few people are left in the thrid one of the living dead series. This is quite a good film to watch, though some of the last survivors are extermely irritating 'I'm a matcho man' idiots. However, it is interesting - with scenes of cut up zombies and we are introduced to an intelligent zombie called Bub I think. He's quite cute really! If you like zombie films, you might aswell watch it.

Def by Temptation
80's not very scary vampire film. I didn't really see what the plot was about - the main jist of it seems to be a femlae vampire that goes to a bar everynight and meets blokes. She takes them back to her dark abode and after sleepong with them, kills them in sadistic ways.

The Dentist
This is a good film. It has some black comedy in and feeds off people's fears of dentists. It is good because it is graphic and bloody and has the dentist drilling and ripping out people's teeth without using anestetic OR WASHING HIS HANDS! The dentist starts going crazy when his wife has an affair with the pool guy, and starts to flip also through his obsession with cleanliness. It is a good film to watch!

The derranged dentist has tried to start again and resist murdering people who don't brush three times a day. Unfortuantly, his mind is tormenting him again and his wife is back trying to capture him - minus her tongue. He moves to a quiet little town, but he starts going mad again and does horrific things to people's mouths. This has some scenes which really make you cringe but has quite a bit of black comedy. It's worth watching because it's funny and again increases our fear of dentsists.

Doctor
Giggles 
This is a great film which is disgusting but is meant to be funny. Doctor Giggle's father attempted to give his wife the first heart transplant but fails and kills many people in the process. Locals hunt him down to kill him, so to protect his son he hides him by sewing him up inside the mother's corpse. Then he can get out later in the morgue. So, Doctor Giggles escapes from a mental home many years later, goes back to his father's house and starts killing locals. In very inventive ways - there are some nasty scenes here! A local girl has a heart problem and after Doctor Giggles has killed her step mum, he intends to give the girl a heart transplant which she doesn't seem grateful for. In the end She kills Doctor Giggles, thankfully. Well made film, interesting ways of murdering - a must see.

This is very good if you like the old-fashioned atmosphere. It does make it very creepy - perfect. It is a great version of Dracula!!

Driller Killer
I've heard this film rated very well and I
anticipated watching it! I'd heard it was an amazing film with
brilliant psychological effects. Therefore, I was quite
disappointed when I watched the DVD with an extremely bad
picture. It had rarely any storyline - a frustrated artist goes
insane and klills people with a drill. There was no build up or
change in is character to account for him to acting this way. It
does have some gory drill momments but this doesn't compensate
for the lack of plot, bad acting, poor quality and nothing
happening! However, you can buy it here if you want! On teh DVD,
I found the trailers much more exciting than the film.
