The Fog

The Fog is a good film of it's type - it has a good setting and atmosphere that can make a fog seem kind of scary. It's about some ghosts gettnig revenge on the people of a fishing village for stealing their gold and homes many years ago. A strange fog creeps over the village at the witching hour and the ghosts of the fog come brandishing fish hooks. The atmosphere is good, which makes it worth watching.

Frenzy

Very good Hitchcock suspense thriller. Someone is going round a city in England killing by strangling his victims with a necktie. It is well made, amusing at times and the plot doesn't drag. Even though each murder is carried out the same way, it doesn't get boring and is worth watching once.

Fright Night

This is a bit poor, but watch it for a laugh. I think it's meant to be kind of cheesy. It's about a vampire that moves in next door to a boy. He becomes obsessed with watching the vampire's house when he see's girls going in there, then missing the next day and a coffin being carried into the basement. His girlfriend and friend try to convince him that there's no such thing as vampires and hire the help of a famous TV Vampire Killer. Still not convinced, the vampire takes his girlfriend and turns her into one of the living dead which urges the boy and the TV Vampire killer to kill the vampire.

Fright Night 2

While the first one had a sort of naive charm, this is slightly boring and repeatative. The same boy is chasing the vampire around night clubs trying to catch him.
